Either you, or these relations may walk in and order your certificate in-person:
Spouse (Husband or Wife) Sibling (Adult Brother or Sister)
Grandparent
Adult Child
Adult Grandchild
Registered Domestic Partner
Aunts, Uncles, Boyfriends and Girlfriends are not authorized and may not obtain your certified certificate.
Bring current ID. You will be required to swear under penalty of perjury that the relationship to the certificate holder you claim is true. This means that if you are not truthful, you commit a felony punishable by imprisonment.
LOS ANGELES OFFICES FOR WALK-IN SERVICE
Office Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at all locations except Norwalk which is open until 5:00 pm, except on the third Thursday of each month when it remains open until 7:00 pm.
There are six locations:
